OLE SIRNES X ALLMUEN

In April 2023, we had a take-over at Allmuen by Harding boy Ole Sirnes, also known from the Tiktok channel, Ketilko. Ole loves to cook with flavors inspired from all over the world, made from local ingredients - so he's a perfect match for us.

SEAFOOD FESTIVAL

We are very proud of all the fresh fish from the Bergen area that we get to serve you. Every year we participate in the Seafood Festival, organized by Matarena. An important part of our mission is to introduce you to all the wonderful flavors our sea has to offer.
