Allmuen is the restaurant we dreamed of. A casual and cozy bistro for all occasions. Here you can enjoy quality food with low shoulders. You'll get flavors from all over the world, made from tasty, local ingredients at their best.

The suppliers we work with are hand-picked with a view to how they work with consideration for the environment and animals. We have enormous respect for the raw materials, which is why we use everything.

The fish on the menu is a good example of this. It's wild-caught, and you'll find every part of it on the menu. Whole pieces are turned into separate fish dishes, and smaller parts end up in the plucked fish balls and fish soup. Bones and what we're left with at the end go into sauces and exciting side dishes.

You'll always find full-fledged meat, fish and vegetable options on our menu, from the charcoal grill that is the heart of the kitchen. We experiment with techniques and methods, and are proud to present a wide range of flavors.

"Open Food" is a unique blend of appetizers, main courses and desserts, perfect for sharing with loved ones. If you'd rather dive into a rich dining experience all to yourself, that's allowed too. The signature menu is constantly changing, based on ingredients that are in season. You always get a wide selection of vegetables, meat and fish, using fresh, local ingredients.
