Duck breast with orange sauce made from beef stock, beetroot purée, dried beets, grilled shiitake mushrooms, pickled wild garlic, and potato chips.
Apple mousse and white chocolate tea ganache, along with Ada’s selection of petit fours from Allmuens Konditoriet.
