It will be delivered digitally immediately or on the day of your choice, and is valid for 1 year.

What does the recipient receive?
An evening where the kitchen calls the shots, or an evening where the recipient chooses for themselves. All gift cards can be used for food and drinks at our restaurant, including for private parties and Christmas dinners.

How does the gift card work?
You make your purchase from Givn, which produces and ships the card on our behalf. The seller is AS Walkendorff, which operates Allmuen Bistro.
Choose a gift
Select a package or an amount on Givn, and pay.
Choose when it should arrive
Send the card via text message to the recipient right away or on a date of your choice, or print it out and give it to them in person.
The recipient makes a reservation
Online via "Reserve a Table" or by phone at 919 18 008.
Show your card when you pay
On your phone or on paper. Anything left over is saved for your next visit.
How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, which is printed on the card.
If you purchased the card as a private individual, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days, as long as it has not been used. If the recipient loses the card, you can find it again under “Your Gift Cards” on Givn. Read more in Givn’s terms and conditions.
Can companies give gift cards to employees?
Yes. Employers can give employees gifts worth up to 5,000 kr per year tax-free, and gift cards that cannot be redeemed for cash are considered gifts. See the Norwegian Tax Administration for information on gifts from employers.
Businesses can pay by invoice through Givn. In this case, the business pays a small fee to Givn, while the recipient of the gift card pays nothing. Do you need a large number of cards at once? Why Allmuen?
Allmuen is a casual seasonal bistro at Torgallmenningen, which opened on December 10, 2016. We prepare our food using ingredients from producers we know in Western Norway, such as Larsastova in Folkedal, Tunagarden in Syse, and Lerøy Alfheim in Skuteviken. The menu changes every day.
